Ross HDM 200 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer

 

A client requested a full reconditioning of their Ross HDM-200 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer. The planetary gearbox, which was completely filled with rusty water, was completely disassembled.   New bearings and mechanical seals were installed. The original right-angle gear reducer, which was completely destroyed, was replaced with a new Delroyd right-angle reducer.  The motor was rebuilt with new bearings and seals.
