Molteni HMDV RTC

 

The Molteni HMDV consists of an innovative mixing tool attached to a single agitator shaft. A hydraulic system raises and lowers the mixing tool from the bottom to the top of the vessel as it rotates at high speeds, ensuring thorough top-to-bottom mixing and exceptional dispersion. The mixing tool may be hydraulically or electrically driven. The entire process takes place under vacuum, to completely exclude exposure to the atmosphere.

 

When the batch mixing is complete, the mixing tool rises above the level of the batch and the tool is accelerated to its highest speed in order to shed as much product as possible. The batch is then moved to a Discharge Press for complete discharge.
