Olsa 500 Liter Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer

 

A client requested that we refurbish an Olsa 500 Liter Vacuum Mixer that had not run in ten years.  They also wanted the system to be modified to accept a bottom-entering 10 HP Homogenizing Turbine.  We completely cleaned the Olsa system, replaced all non-working components, and installed a special 10 HP bottom-entering Homogenizing Turbine.  The PLC-based controls with touch-screen HMI were modified for the new functionality of the refurbished Olsa Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer.
