Ribbon Blenders

 

Novinox MAN Series Ribbon Blenders consist of a specially designed double ribbon agitator mounted in a U-shaped horizontal trough. The double ribbon agitator consists of inner and outer spiral flights where the inner flights move materials from the center outwards and the outer flights move materials from the ends inward.

 

MAN Series Ribbon Blenders are highly accurate powder blenders and can fully mix powders of different characteristics and bulk densities to a homogeneous dispersion in approximately 10 minutes of blending.

 

Novinox Ribbon Blenders are designed with the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical industry in mind and are available in working capacities from 10 to 5,000 liters (p0.4 to 176 cubic feet).
